Welcome to Wilsey Asset Management
At Wilsey Asset Management, our main goal is to provide attractive returns for clients on their investments by using a common sense approach to investing. Brent Wilsey, the President of Wilsey Asset Management, has been in the investment arena for 30 years. Brent uses the old principle of buying low and selling high. This is all based on a fundamental analysis of a company’s financial statements. There is no emotion or hype in investing at Wilsey Asset Management, which is why our motto stands strong "No Emotions, Just Results". All final investment decisions are made by Brent. His money is invested the same as yours with no sales commissions; only an advisory fee based on account value.

What are your goals?
The Mortgage Banker Association reported a 1% increase in purchase application after last week’s 4% decline and refi’s reversed their large decline from last week of 18.0% to this weeks 2.0% increase.
Petroleum is all over the board this week, with crude oil inventories falling another 10.6 M barrels on top of last week’s 5.6M decline. Two things are causing this decline, first oil imports were only 6.9M barrels down from 7.8M the prior week. Second refineries are operating at 92.6% of capacity, a level not seen since the peak of the summer season in July. If this trend were to continue the decline in oil prices and at the pump will be short lived.
